A video shows Lilly May and other youths swimming in the Treasure Island Park harbor area, but does not show the dock area where the 13-year-old was found late Tuesday.
Troy police Capt. Joe Long said the video from the boathouse shows activity only to the end of the docks. May was reported missing around 10 p.m., and was found in the water under a dock by police and firefighters. This news outlet has not yet been able to obtain a copy of the video.

Dive teams checked the area under the dock Wednesday afternoon.
"They checked the bottom to see if she could have gotten caught," Long said, adding nothing was found. The divers reported the water in that area at up to six feet, he said. It is not clear whether investigators "will ever know exactly what happened."
The preliminary autopsy report said May died of drowning, Dr. William Ginn, Miami County coroner, said late Wednesday following an autopsy in Montgomery County.

Long said young people who were swimming in the harbor area earlier in the evening told investigators May was among the group but was specifically with two friends, both 9.
One reported May said she was going to swim to another area along the harbor near the Great Miami River. When they found May had not returned to her grandfather's home where she had been staying, police were called, Long said.

The city opened the updated Treasure Island Park on the city's north side along the river last year as part of a multi-million riverfront project that included the Marina building (boathouse) renovations, the development of a park on adjacent land and renovations at Hobart Arena. Fishing is prohibited in the harbor area, which includes a boat launch.
Information on funeral arrangements for May was not available Thursday.
