SILVERCREEK TWP. — UPDATE @ 5;48 a.m.:
Multiple Green County fire departments have brought a structure fire under control on 5000 block of North Jeffersonville Road in Silvercreek Twp early Saturday morning.
According to our crew on scene, several fire departments from around the Green county area responded to call for additional aid in extinguishing the flames. The responding departments were Silvercreek twp. Cedarville Twp. New Jasper Twp., Beavercreek Twp. and Greene County.
It is not known at this time if there were any injuries. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.

INITIAL REPORT
Crews are on scene of a reported Greene County dwelling fire at the 5000 block of North Jeffersonville Road in Silvercreek Twp.
According to scanners, emergency fire crews were dispatched at around 1:30 a.m.
