Mary Lou Cleaver, 70, was stabbed to death May 19 at the couple’s Delmar Avenue home.
She died of “multiple sharp force injuries of the left posterior chest,” according to the Montgomery County Coroner’s Office.
Cleaver was indicted May 24 on three murder counts and two felonious assault counts.
Montgomery County Common Pleas Judge Timothy O’Connell stated in today’s ruling the court finds that Cleaver “did commit the offenses with which he was indicted.”
