A Springfield man charged with shooting his mother in the head on Thanksgiving has pleaded guilty to felonious assault.
Sie’e Littleton, 26, will serve five years in prison, according to a judgment entry filed in Clark County Common Pleas Court.

Littleton was charged with attempted murder and felonious assault in December. Police said Littleton got into an argument with a man at his mother’s home that eventually led to gunfire. Littleton’s mother was struck in the temple with a bullet, police said, but she survived.
A charge of attempted murder was dismissed in the case, according to court records.
