Miamisburg woman killed in head-on crash with tanker truck

A 44-year-old Miamisburg woman has been identified as the person who died Friday in a crash involving a tanker truck and pickup truck.

Ivandale Wilson was killed when the pickup she was driving collided head-on into a milk tanker truck about 1 p.m. Friday in the area of Upper River and Soldiers Home Miamisburg roads, according to the Montgomery County Coroner’s Office.

Wilson died at the scene, the coroner’s office said today.

The Montgomery County Coroner’s Office is still not releasing the identity of the person killed today in Miamisburg involving a semi.

The coroner’s office is still waiting to notify next of kin.

FIRST REPORT

At least one person is dead in a two-vehicle crash in Miamisburg.

The crash happened just before 1 p.m. in the area of Upper River Road and Soldiers Home Miamisburg Road.

The crash was head-on between a small pickup truck and a milk tanker truck, according to officials.

A person inside the pickup truck has died, according to officials on scene.

Soldiers Home Miamisburg Road is closed but Upper River Road remains open.
