Monday night around 7:35 PM the Dollar General located at 8126 N Main St in Clayton was robbed. The suspect is described as a light skinned black male, approximately 5’-07”, early-mid 30’s, wearing a black baseball style hat with a white triangle logo, black framed glasses, a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants, black shoes.

Police and sheriff's deputies have been dispatched to the Dollar General in Clayton on a report of an armed robbery.
The gunman walked into the store, 8126 N. Main St., and displayed a black handgun in the crime, according to Montgomery County Regional Dispatch.

No injuries have been reported in the incident dispatched about 7:40 p.m.
The gunman, who was wearing glasses and dressed in all black that included a black hat bearing a white triangle on it, was last seen on foot headed south from the store.
A K-9 unit has been dispatched as well.
