Police have arrested Boutain, who was wanted in a fatal carjacking near the University of Utah, according to the Associated Press.
First report:
One person was killed in a shooting during a car jacking at the University of Utah, and the suspect has Cincinnati ties, according to media reports.
Utah officials have advised the public to shelter in place while police search for a male on the east side of campus.

The suspect is identified as Austin J. Boutain, 24. He is a white male with a tear drop tattoo on his face, as well as tattoos on his neck and an arm. He was last seen wearing black clothing and a beanie-style cap, according to The Salt Lake Tribune.
Boutain is accused of shooting University of Utah international student Chen Wei Guo, 23.
The suspect and his wife, Kathleen Elizabeth Boutain, 23, are also wanted for a homicide in Colorado.
Austin Boutain lived in the Cincinnati suburb of Millvale as recently as 2015, according to media reports.
