UPDATE @ 1:20 p.m.

An Endangered Missing Child Alert was canceled after a 16-year-old Bethel Twp. girl was found safe, according to the Clark County Sheriff’s Office.

FIRST REPORT

An Endangered Missing Child Alert has been issued for a 16-year-old Bethel Twp. girl who is considered an endangered runaway because of her medical condition, Clark County sheriff's officials said.

Maci Bowman was last seen at her residence, on Fyffe Avenue, about 5 p.m. Thursday.

She may be in Springfield. Authorities said they have no clothing description or method of travel, but Bowman is described as 5 feet 6 and 160 pounds. She has dark brown hair and hazel eyes.

A sheriff's sergeant tells us Bowman has run away twice, most recently in September 2017. She is listed as endangered because she has epilepsy and does not have her medication.

She is believed to be in the company of another missing child, Kylie Hughes, of Harmony Twp. Hughes is not considered to be in danger, a sheriff's sergeant said.

If you see Bowman or Hughes or know of their whereabouts, you are asked to dial 9-1-1 or 937-328-2560.
