Opening statements are expected today in the trial of a man accused of shooting Gregory Moses to death last December.
Deandre Dixon is charged with three counts of murder, two counts of felonious assault and four other weapons related charges in connection to the death.

Moses was found dead in an apartment in the 3700 block of Haney Road last winter.
According to the 9-1-1 call, a friend who had gone to the residence for a planned night out found Moses' body. The friend told the dispatcher that Moses was just inside the doorway. There was a bullet hole in the screen door.
Detectives later identified Dixon as a suspect in the case.
