Wind Chill Warning: issued until 1 p.m. Tuesday for Randolph County (Indiana) for wind chills expected at or below minus 25 degrees with wind of 6 mph or greater.
Wind Chill Advisory: in effect until noon Tuesday for Auglaize, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Greene, Logan, Miami, Mercer, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby, Warren and Wayne (Indiana) counties. Wind chills are expected between minus 10 to minus 24 degrees with wind of 6 mph or greater.

OVERNIGHT: Clear skies overnight and very cold with temperatures below zero and wind chills ranging between minus 5 to minus 20 degrees by morning. These cold wind chills can cause frostbite to exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

TUESDAY: Frigid wind chills to start the day. Limiting time outdoors and covering up as much as exposed skin as possible is advised. Temperatures in the morning will be around seven degrees below zero with wind chills as cold as 20 below zero. Lots of sunshine through the day, but still very cold with highs in the lower teens. Mainly clear skies again into Tuesday night and frigid again with lows near zero.

WEDNESDAY: Bitterly cold morning for kids headed back to school. Temperatures will start in the lower single digits, but feeling below zero with the wind, possibly 5 to 15 below zero at times. Clouds increase during the day, but dry with highs in the upper teens. A weak cold front pushing in from the north may bring a few flurries into the area Wednesday night.

THURSDAY: Waking up in the low single digits with wind chills below zero. Mostly cloudy skies with a few flurries or passing snow showers. Highs reach about 12 degrees. A very cold night again as temperatures drop below zero.
FRIDAY: Frigid morning with temperatures below zero. Wind chill values even colder. Partly sunny with highs around 10 degrees.
SATURDAY: Starting below zero once again with wind chills much colder. Highs in the lower teens with mostly sunny skies.
