Indiana teen killed in overnight rollover crash

A 19-year-old Ridgeville, Ind. woman was killed overnight in a rollover crash where an infant and a teenager were treated at the scene.

Randolph County deputies and emergency crews responded at 12:30 a.m. to the single-vehicle crash on State Route 28, just west of County Road 475 West, according to a release from the Randolph County Sheriff’s Department.

A 2004 GMC Envoy was eastbound on 28 when it went off the north side of the road, struck a tree head on and rolled over onto the driver’s side, according to the release.

According to the sheriff’s department, 19-year-old Morgan L. Qualls, of Ridgeville, Ind., was pronounced dead at the scene.

Austin C. Mallory, 17, of Winchester, Ind. and 3-week-old Keiden Mallory were treated at the scene., according to the release.

The Crash remains under investigation.
