3-vehicle crash in Dayton sends 2 to hospital

UPDATE @ 6:48 p.m.: A three-vehicle crash on Germantown Street sent two people to Miami Valley Hospital.

A Chevrolet Suburban went left of center and struck a car, which then spun out and struck another car, Dayton police said.

Police said none of the injuries is believed to be life-threatening.

An RTA bus was blocked by the crash, but not involved in the crash.

FIRST REPORT

A crash along Germantown Street has the roadway blocked in both directions.

The crash, apparently involving three vehicles, was reported as a crash with injuries just after 6:15 p.m. at Krug Street.

Crews were assisting at least one person who appeared to have been trapped inside one of the wrecked vehicles.

There is no word on injuries.
