No injuries in wreck on I-70 West near Ohio 202

UPDATE @ 7:07 p.m.: The driver of an SUV rolled the vehicle onto its side, causing an oil and gasoline spill that backed up the westbound lanes of I-70 near state Route 202.

He wasn’t injured, Huber Heights police said, but he was cited for failure to maintain control of a motor vehicle. Police took him to a hotel for the night.

An ODOT crew was called in to spread an absorbent material to soak up the spill in the far left lane of the interstate. That will keep interstate traffic in the area severely backed up for several more minutes this evening.
