DETAILED FORECAST

The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Warning in effect for Auglaize, Mercer, and Logan counties until 8:45 a.m. Wednesday.

The NWS has also issued a Flash Flood Watch for Champaign, Clark, Darke, Logan, Miami, Mercer, and Shelby counties through 6 p.m.

Wednesday: Another soggy start to the day. A batch of rain with embedded thunderstorms will impact the Miami Valley during the morning before becoming more scattered into the afternoon. Localized heavy rain can cause problems on the roads and reduce visibility at times. An isolated strong storm may bring some gusty winds today. Highs will be a bit cooler with most spots around 80.

Thursday: As moisture from the remnants of Tropical Storm Bill stream north into our area, thunderstorms will have even higher rainfall rates. Also, some upper level energy will allow for the potential for some storms to have damaging winds and hail. Highs in the low to mid-80s.

Friday: Some thunderstorms again possible. Highs near 80.

Saturday: Showers, thunderstorms. Very warm and humid with highs in the mid-80s.

Father's Day: More showers and thunderstorms possible. Highs in the mid-80s.
