BEAVERCREEK — Police are investigating a traffic accident involving a male who reportedly hit his head when he fell off a skateboard while holding onto the rear of a moving car.

The male was said to be unresponsive in the accident that was reported in the 4400 block of Shakertown Road near the Bergamo Center, just after 9 p.m., according to Beavercreek police scanner transmissions.
“The subject was hanging on the back of a car, on a skateboard, fell off and hit his head,” a Beavercreek dispatcher said about 9:08 p.m.
The male’s condition was not known.
WHIO Reporter Sean Cudahy came upon a police traffic reconstruction team about 11:45 p.m. Officers declined comment about the accident they were investigating.
This news organization called Beavercreek police dispatch for information about a reported pedestrian accident on Shakertown Road, but a dispatcher declined comment.
