AT&T offers network equipment, relief supplies to Ohio residents

After the tornadoes that hit the Miami Valley Memorial Day weekend, AT&T has joined other companies bringing aid to their customers in Ohio.

Charging stations are set up at Corinthian Baptist Church on 700 S. James McGee Boulevard in Dayton, one of the shelter locations in the Dayton-area.

AT&T has planned to set up additional charging stations in the form of a mobile trucks referred to as SatCOLTs (Cell on Light Truck) in the areas of Northridge and Beavercreek. There they will also hand out water and nonperishable food items.

“We are committed to doing what we can to help residents recover from this disaster, including helping them stay in touch with loved ones when they need to most,” said AT&T.

“Our thoughts and prayers are with all impacted by (Monday’s) tornadoes,” said Adam Grzybicki AT&T’s Ohio president.

The company’s teams are prepared to deploy additional network recovery assets and equipment if needed.
