UPDATE @ 8 p.m.:
A man flipped over a bridge off West County Line Road and crashed into the ground upside down around 11:30 p.m. Saturday, but wasn’t rescued until a passerby noticed him eight hours later on Sunday morning.
News Center 7's Malik Perkins was in Springfield Sunday morning with what residents had to say about the man found around 7:30 a.m. after he trapped for eight hours.
“That is horrible. I can’t imagine being stuck upside down for that long,” said Molly Doherty of Springfield.

Another resident doesn’t see how the man could have been trapped for so long without anyone noticing.
“Try to get someone’s attention and try to get out of the car. I don’t know if that was possible, but I would try to make something happen. I don’t know how he was stuck in the car for that long without somebody noticing,” said Brian Gaughan of Springfield.
UPDATE @ 9:55 a.m.: A man was transported to Springfield Regional Medical Center this morning for unknown injuries after flipping over a bridge in a pickup truck off West County Line Rd.
According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the man was traveling west on West County Line Rdoad, veered to the left, then flipped over the bridge around 11:30 p.m. Saturday.

Units did not arrive on scene until 7:30 a.m. Sunday after the accident was reported by a passerby. The man is believed to have been trapped inside the truck for several hours, OSP said.
Eastbound access to Weat County Line Road is currently blocked off while crews remove the vehicle.
FIRST REPORT @ 9:13 a.m.: Ohio State Highway Patrol units are on scene of an accident involving a pickup truck that flipped over a bridge on West County Line Road Sunday morning in Springfield.
The driver was reportedly trapped inside.
