One person taken to hospital after vehicle trapped underneath semi-truck

Vehicle trapped underneath semi truck reported in Preble County (Scott Worley)

UPDATE @ 4:40 p.m.:

A Honda Accord was trapped underneath a semi-truck early Sunday morning around 4:00 a.m.

The male driver of the vehicle was transported by ground to a hospital with possible non-life threatening injuries, according to Chief Deputy Spitler.

It is unknown of the age of the driver and what hospital he was transported to.

Neither the driver of the semi-truck or it’s occupant had injuries.

FIRST REPORT:

Preble County Sheriff’s officers are on scene of an auto accident near State Route 127 and Orphans Road in Eaton.

Crews were called to the scene at approximately 4:07 a.m. Sunday.

A vehicle is reportedly trapped underneath a semi-truck.

Per scanner reports, Med Flight was requested but canceled due to weather conditions.
