SUGARCREEK TWP. — A 25-year-old Miamisburg man has been identified as the victim killed after a single-vehicle crash on Wilmington-Dayton Road in Sugarcreek Twp. late Sunday night, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

>>Reports: Dayton police cruiser involved in crash in Jefferson Twp.

Austin Gibbs, who was a passenger in the car, was pronounced dead at the scene, state troopers told News Center 7.

The crash was reported at the intersection of Wilmington-Dayton and Conference roads around 11:30 p.m. Sunday.

Two other passengers, identified as Kaitlyn Reynolds, 19 and Haley Glandon, 17, from Centerville, were both flown from the scene by a CareFlight medical helicopter. State troopers said both Reynolds and Glandon are in serious condition.

The driver of the car, Jacob Entingh, 19, of Centerville, was taken to a hospital by ground ambulance, investigators said. His condition was not released.

“I just heard a car driving...squealing," a 911 caller said. “I can’t see it, I just heard all of it.”

A second 911 caller, who identified himself as a police officer, said the car was into the woods.

“I’m going to try and get down here," the officer said on the call. “I’ve seen crashes like this before.”

A preliminary investigation found the car was traveling northeast on Wilmington Dayton Road when the driver ran a stop sign, crashed into a guardrail, overturned and hit several trees, state troopers said.

Potential factors in the crash remain under investigation and charges are pending.

Additional details were not released.
