PIQUA — The City of Piqua announced today that it will be launching its new website midday on Tuesday, Sept. 20th.

This new website will allow for an increase in community engagement and enhance the communication between residents and local government, according to a release from city officials.
To update their website, Piqua partnered with CivicPlus, a government website provider, the spokesperson said.
The following features will be included in the website:
- Mobile-Optimized Design to make navigation easier from any device.
- Notify Me: A way for citizens to subscribe to emails or texts regarding various topics.
- Agenda Center: Allows sharing and searching of public events or news.
- Front Page Calendar: Allows citizens to be notified on important city events or meetings.
- File Center: A place where citizens can find many of their municipal requests.
