DAYTON, Ohio — There are growing concerns about a popular kitchen appliance that could secretly record your private information.
According to the U.K. Consumer Advocacy Group, Which? appliances that require you to download an app may steal your personal information.

Experts say consumers should deny app permissions and stick with appliances that don’t connect to the Internet or their phones.
Consumer advocates say you can protect yourself by researching and reading reviews.
