A second employee of Spectrum at the Kettering location has tested positive for the coronavirus, a spokesperson for Charter Communications confirmed in an email.
The employee was last in the office March 26.
Cleaning efforts have increased at Charter Communications buildings across the country, and the company continues to follow cleaning and disinfection procedures in accordance with CDC guidelines when they are made aware of a positive test, or presumed positive case of COVID-19.

An employee of Charter Communications, which offers its services under the branding of Spectrum, has tested positive for the coronavirus, the company confirmed in an email.

The individual was last in the office March 24, and those who have had direct contact with the individual have been asked to self-quarantine.
Charter Communications has since followed cleaning and disinfectant procedures in accordance with CDC guidance.
They are taking other additional precautions, including frequent cleanings of high-touch areas, regular, nightly cleaning, staggering shift and break schedules and implementing remote work options that allow some representatives to work remotely.
The employees who are self-quarantined continue to receive their full pay and benefits. They are not using their sick leave or other paid time off while they absent from work, Charter Communications said.
