Hollywood Gaming, located on Hollywood Boulevard in Dayton, has started spraying disinfectant on all machines on the gaming floor.

“We have signage on the floor along with gaming distancing, and our air filtration is at 100 percent at all times,” Hollywood Gaming General Manager Dan Kennedy said.

It will no longer be open for 24 hours a day as it will close Monday through Friday from 4 a.m. to 7 a.m. for deep cleaning beginning June 22.

Guests are not required to wear masks but are asked to not enter the building if they are not feeling well.

Identification card checks are now no-contact. Anyone wearing a mask will need to pull it down to reveal their face and verify their identification card matches.

Employees will now have their temperature checked before every shift.

Only 1500 people are allowed in the building at any time, including employees.

Some virtual lottery terminals on the gaming floor remain closed to ensure social distancing.

Not every employee was asked back because not every portion of the racino has reopened.

Skybox and the gift shop remain closed. Valet, live entertainment and banquets are suspended.

“We’re phasing this in, we have to see what comes back into guests coming in and we’ll take that and determine what business is like,” Kennedy said.

Hollywood Gaming reopens Friday at 6 a.m.
