Three sites have been designated as the locations for the distribution:

- Test Middle School, 33 South 22nd Street. Cars are asked to enter the site from South 22nd Street.
The distribution event comes after the Wayne County Health Department recommended to the Richmond Mayor and Wayne County Commissioners last week to enact an order to mandate masks in public places.
