The DeWines were exposed Monday to a person who has since tested positive. Both Mike and Fran tested negative Thursday and are not experiencing any symptoms, the spokesperson said.

The DeWines will postpone their public events and will continue to be tested daily.

The Governor and First Lady were also exposed to COVID in November when two staffers tested positive. The governor’s office said both DeWines had been vaccinated and received their booster shots when they were exposed last month.

Additional details were not released.
