Officials with Five Rivers Health Center announced Monday that thanks to the overwhelming response from the community, 2,200 COVID free tests were administered last week at the Five Rivers Health Centers pop-up test sites in Xenia and Dayton.
The local lab doing the COVID-19 testing is currently running thousands of tests, as quickly as possible, as the two Five Rivers events weren’t the only ones in this area last week.
The test results are taking longer than we anticipated.
Five Rivers health said they are working diligently with their partners at the lab to get all results as quickly as possible and we will contact the patients who tested positive, first.
