Kettering police need the public’s help to identify a credit card theft suspect.
On July 5, an older woman had two credit cards stolen from the Town & Country shopping center. Later that day around 1:45 p.m., a female suspect used the stolen credit cards to purchase seven $800 gift cards from Target by the Dayton Mall.
