Tre A. Schirmer, the suspected Jan. 11 porch pirate captured on a video doorbell, was arrested in Kettering over the weekend on the Centerville theft warrant, and held in the Kettering Jail.

He was booked Tuesday into the Montgomery County Jail, the same day he was indicted on unrelated drug charges.

Schirmer is charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a felony, and drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor, stemming from a Nov. 27, 2018, incident involving methamphetamine and a pipe, according to a Montgomery County grand jury report. He is scheduled to be arraigned Feb. 5 in that case.

He also is due Wednesday in court, jail records show.

Centerville police said Schirmer was most recently known to be “living at large” without a permanent address, although his Common Pleas Court summons listed a Kettering address.
