A convicted killer who served prison time for a Montgomery County homicide case has been indicted for promoting prostitution.
Darryl Core, 44, was arrested during a prostitution sting by the Montgomery County Sheriff's office.
Core was allegedly a driver for a prostitute meeting with her date.
According the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections website, Core was released from prison in January of this year after being admitted in 2007 for three crimes in two counties.
- Abduction of a female in Champaign Co.
- Gross sexual imposition of a female in Champaign Co.
- Involuntary manslaughter of a male in Montgomery Co.
Core is being held in the Montgomery County jail on a $100,000 bond.
He will be arraigned on the new charge Nov. 22.
