A woman staying at a nearby hotel says multiple police and medic units were racing towards the scene while she and her son were walking to the local Walmart.

“It’s very tragic. I hope officers and investigators can find out what happened,” she said.

It's not clear what led to the shooting, however the 911 caller said he saw a vehicle come into the parking lot a few minutes before he heard the gunshot.

Police believe Graham was meeting someone in the hotel parking lot.

Magill said Graham had no criminal record with Miami Twp. and they do not know how many shots were fired.

A shooter and vehicle involved have not been identified, Magill said.
