Dayton man indicted after drug raid at his home

An arrest warrant has been issued for a 46-year-old man indicted on drug charges stemming from a raid last summer at his Dayton home.

The Montgomery County Regional Agencies Narcotics and Gun Enforcement task force reported they seized a large quantity of methamphetamine, cocaine and marijuana during a June 25, 2018, raid of a house in the 900 block of Weng Avenue.

Matthew Krista is now charged with two counts of aggravated possession of drugs and possession of cocaine, all felony charges; and a misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana, according to a Montgomery County grand jury report released Tuesday.

Krista is scheduled to be arraigned July 16, or sooner once he is in custody.
