DAYTON — A 40-year-old Dayton man is facing charges in a child rape case.
Steven L. Jackson will be arraigned Tuesday for two counts of rape involving a child younger than 13 following his indictment Friday by a Montgomery County grand jury.

He has been held in the Montgomery County Jail since his Sept. 27 arrest by Dayton police.
