A 32-year-old man is jailed, accused of sex crimes.
Matthew J. Martel will be arraigned this afternoon on rape and gross sexual imposition charges in Dayton Municipal Court.
Dayton police arrested Martel Tuesday afternoon.

He is held in the Montgomery County Jail.
