Sandy K. Green, 43, of Fairborn, will be arraigned Jan. 21 in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court after she was indicted Tuesday for grand theft and theft.

The thefts were alleged to have happened between Jan. 1 and Sept. 29, 2019, from Bob Hadick, according to a grand jury report. Hadick is the owner of Russ Hadick & Associates Inc., a professional search and recruiting firm in Washington Twp.

It is not clear whether Green worked for Hadick’s company.

She is being held in the Butler County Jail.

She was sentenced in August 2019 in federal court to four years in prison for wire fraud as part of a scheme to defraud two previous employers.

Green embezzled more than $150,000 from the two companies between 2017 and 2018, prosecutors said. As part of her sentence, she also was ordered to pay approximately $173,000 in restitution to the two companies.
