Andebrahn Sr. also is charged with failure to stop after an accident, a misdemeanor, according to a county grand jury report.

There were hit-and-run crashes reported Oct. 29 in Dayton, Englewood, Miamisburg and Riverside, so it is not clear in which crash the Andebrahns were involved.
