DAYTON — Two West Carrollton man were indicted Tuesday in connection to a Christmas night armed home invasion at the Woodman Park Apartments in Dayton.

Jason B. Churchill, 31, and Jeffrey “J.T.” Turner, 22, are charged with aggravated robbery, kidnapping and two counts of aggravated burglary, each with a three-year firearm specification, according to a Montgomery County grand jury report.
They are accused of stealing multiple electronics worth thousands of dollars and $1,600 in cash during the Dec. 25 incident in the 4800 block of Hassan Circle.
Churchill is in the Montgomery County Jail and is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday.
Turner is not in custody, and a warrant for his arrest has been issued. He is scheduled to be arraigned Feb. 19, or possibly sooner once he is in custody.

Churchill was indicted last month for a similar crime in West Carrollton. He is one of two men charged in a Jan. 7 violent armed robbery at a Thunderbird Lane residence in the Indian Creek Condominiums.

Also, Miamisburg police Sgt. Jeff Muncy said in January that detectives there were looking for possible connections between the Thunderbird Lane incident and the late-December home invasion at a North First Street apartment during which 18-year-old Noah Kinser, a Miamisburg High School senior, was shot to death.
