Kettering man accused of taking Dayton officer’s Taser during struggle

DAYTON — A 30-year-old Kettering man is accused of taking a Taser during a struggle with a Dayton police officer.

Police were called around 6:10 p.m. Saturday to check a man’s well being at McDonald’s, 410 S. Main St. in Dayton.

The man, identified as Sean C. Ryon, was taken to Miami Valley Hospital, where the incident happened, according to a Dayton police report.

Ryon remains held on suspicion of assault and robbery, both felonies, in the Montgomery County Jail.
