A 23-year-old Kettering man is facing arraignment after being indicted on child sex-related charges last week.
Michael J. Baker will be in court today for the arraignment in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court after he was charged with gross sexual imposition involving a child younger than 13, according to court records.
Baker is in the Montgomery County Jail, where he has been held since his May 29 arrest by Kettering police.
