Kettering man accused of more than a dozen sex crimes, including child rape

KETTERING — A 32-year-old Kettering man is facing more than a dozen felony sex charges, including rape of a child younger than 13.

Robert Jeffrey Ruehle was indicted Friday on eight counts of rape, two counts of rape of someone younger than 13, one count of gross sexual imposition and two counts of gross sexual imposition involving someone younger than 13, according to a Montgomery County grand jury report.

Ruehle is being held on $250,000 bond in the Montgomery County Jail, where he has been held since his Nov. 1 arrest by Kettering police.

He is due Thursday for arraignment in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.
