A Kettering man was sentenced to prison for his role in a Kettering house fire last year.
Jason Pickett was sentenced to four years in prison.
The fire happened in June 2016 in the 1300 block of Elmdale Drive.
Pickett was charged with aggravated arson, burglary, grand theft of a motor vehicle and two counts of grand theft of a firearm, all felony charges.
No one was home at the time of the fire and no one was injured. The people who live at the home were out of town, according to an official.
The fire started in the basement.
