HUBER HEIGHTS — A 16-year-old faces adult charges for his role in a bold daylight raid of an AT&T store and subsequent manhunt earlier this year in Huber Heights.
Skyver Antwaun Lee Palmer was indicted Tuesday on two counts of aggravated robbery and one count of kidnapping, each with a three-year firearm specification, according to a Montgomery County grand jury report.

Palmer is one of seven teens accused in the Feb. 1 robbery of the cellphone store, 8245 Old Troy Pike. His case was bound over last month to adult court.
He remains held in the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Center in Dayton and is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.
Of the seven defendants, two boys, ages 15 and 16, have been sentenced to up to four years in prison in juvenile prison. We are not naming them because they were tried in Montgomery County Juvenile Court.

Palmer, Taevon Felton, 17, Caleb Johnson, 18, Damion Raglin, 18 and Danell Robinson, 16, are still awaiting trial in adult court. At the time of the robbery, Johnson was the only adult; his trial is set for Oct. 29, shortly after his 19th birthday, records show.
