Man indicted for shooting at neighbor’s house in Dayton

DAYTON — A 29-year-old Dayton man is accused of firing a gun last month at neighbor’s house in the 400 block of St. Nicholas Avenue.

Sean Wolery Jr. is due Christmas Eve for his arraignment in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.

He was indicted in the Nov. 9 incident for felonious assault, improperly discharging a firearm at or into a habitation and discharge of a firearm on or near a prohibited premises. Each have three-year firearm specifications, according to the Montgomery County grand jury report released Friday.

He has been in jail since Dayton police arrested him Nov. 18 at his home, also in the 400 block of St. Nicholas Avenue.
