DAYTON — A man found guilty of murder in the shooting death of a 21-year-old Dayton man was sentenced to 20 years and six months to life in prison Monday.

Lance Anthony Irvin, 36, could be eligible for parole after the 20 years and six months, said a Montgomery County Common Pleas Court official.
The court docket also listed Irvin as a violent offender, meaning he'll be registered in Ohio's new violent offender database.

A jury found Irvin guilty of two counts of murder, two counts of felonious assault and a count of tampering with evidence in April.
The charges stemmed from the 2017 death of Jesse Samuel Redavide.

Irvin and Redavide were reportedly arguing on South Horton Street when the shooting happened.
