MIAMI COUNTY — After arresting a Piqua man for parole violations, officers found cellphones, a laptop and sexually inappropriate videos, including child pornography in his home.
Gregory Wagner, 67, initially was arrested after an in-home visit yielded drugs and alcohol. An investigation revealed the other explicit materials, phones and computer.

His initial parole violation arrest was in March of 2017. However, Wagner was arrested this Friday for eight sex-related felony charges – seven charges of child porn and one of gross sexual imposition.
Wagner has charges in two counties. In Miami County, he was sentenced to 18 months for sexual imposition in 1991, sentenced to 18 months for domestic violence in 1996, convicted of sexual imposition in 1997 and sentenced to five years in prison for five counts of pandering child pornography in 2007.
He was also convicted of several charges in Auglaize County. Jail records show that Wagner was arrested on charges of OVI, drug abuse and improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle. He was released from the Auglaize County Jail in August of 2018.

Wagner will be in the Miami County Courthouse this Thursday.
