PIQUA — A Piqua man pleaded not guilty Friday morning in Miami County Municipal Court to two counts of rape and one count of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.
William T. Voris, 65, was arrested Thursday.
His accuser is younger than 17, and the incidents reportedly occurred between May 2017 and August of this year.
Voris will need $850,000 in cash to get out of the Miami County Jail.
