At least three women called 911 from Kenwood Avenue to report the shooting.

“There’s a man laying on the ground. I just heard about 10 or 12 gunshots. There’s a car on it’s side. I don’t know what’s going on,” one caller told a dispatcher.

The caller also reported that the man on the ground had a baby with him.

“He was carrying a little baby carrier ... somebody is coming to get the baby,” said a caller, who added that a woman brought the baby into her home.

The shooting suspect, described as a man in all black with a black hoodie, flipped a Toyota RAV4 and then ran on foot.

The gunshot victims were taken to Miami Valley Hospital, where their conditions are unknown.
