DAYTON — Police are looking for a man who shot and injured a letter carrier Friday evening in Dayton.
The shooting was reported sometime after 5:20 p.m. in the 2100 block of Arlene Avenue.
Police recovered three shell casings on the street but it’s not clear how many times the United States Post Office worker was hit nor the severity of injuries.
The letter carrier was believed to have dropped a scanning device, which later could not be found, according to reports.
The suspect is reportedly driving a red 2008 Ford F-150 with temporary tags.
