Springfield police searching for woman in Endangered Child Advisory case

SPRINGFIELD — Springfield police are searching for a non-custodial mother whose children were the subject of an Endangered Child Advisory after she took them.

Kaiden Coran, 4, and Brailynn Coran-White, 8 months, were found safely at a home in the 1200 block of Mound Street Tuesday evening, according to police.

Their mother, 22-year-old Khadejha Coran, reportedly dropped the children off at a friend’s house around 3 p.m. and told the friend she’d return in a few hours.

The children have been handed over to Children Services and appear to be in good physical health, police said.

Coran is facing abduction and interference with custody charges.

She is 5’6 with black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information on Coran’s location should call police at 937-324-7680.
