HUBER HEIGHTS — New dash camera video shows a slow-speed pursuit in a stolen U-Haul that ended in Huber Heights.

Troopers said James E. Wright Sr., 51, stole the U-Haul that was towing a trailer on Dec. 14 and took off from a traffic stop on Interstate 75 in Butler Twp.
Wright drove through neighborhoods and down back roads. At one point, Wright drove on the wrong side of the road.
Troopers put out tire deflation devices. The U-Haul’s tires spark after Wright runs over the Stop Sticks.
Wright eventually stops at a Lowe’s parking lot in Huber Heights.
He tried to run, but troopers used a Taser on him and took him into custody.
Wright remains held in the Montgomery County Jail.
