2 more teens charged as adults in Huber Heights AT&T robbery

DAYTON — Two more teenagers accused of a bold armed robbery at a Huber Heights AT&T store earlier this year now face adult charges in the case.

Danell Damichael Robinson, 16, was indicted today on two counts of aggravated robbery and one count of kidnapping, all with three-year firearm specifications, according to a Montgomery County grand jury report.

He was 15 and the youngest of the six juveniles and one adult accused in the Feb. 1 robbery at the store in the Northpark Plaza at 8245 Old Troy Pike. Police said the group of armed robbers, wearing masks and hats, threatened employees and a customer with death. All seven were in custody after a short manhunt: they didn’t know that the area was swarming with law enforcement officers training nearby.

Robinson is being held on $500,000 bond in the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Center and is ordered to appear July 31 for arraignment.

Damion Terron Raglin Jr., 18, will be in court Thursday after his arraignment was continued following his indictment July 20 on two counts of aggravated robbery and one count of kidnapping, each with three-year gun specifications; plus failure to comply with an order or signal of police and improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle.

Raglin, who was 17 at the time of the crime, is held on $250,000 bond in the juvenile detention center.

Taevon Damar Felton, 17, was indicted May 30 on two counts of aggravated robbery and one count of kidnapping, each with a three-year firearm specification, plus one count of improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle. His bond is $50,000 and he has pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Caleb Johnson, the only adult at the time of the robbery, was indicted Feb. 9 on two counts of aggravated robbery plus one count each of kidnapping and improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle. He is out on $50,000 bond and also has pleaded not guilty.
